Payment: Our online booking facility allows you to check the availability of rooms & apartments and reserve the one that suits you best directly. We would be happy to provide you with the best and most affordable rates for your short or long-term stay with us. Our team works seven days a week and we ensure to get back to you within 24 hours once you complete the reservation. Currently, we have two payment options for confirming your reservation. You shall opt for bank transfer or payment on arrival.
We request you to bring a valid ID proof for every guest who is above the age of 18.
Confirmations: Booking requests that are received by email or fax will be processed and confirmed by our reservation desk within 24 hours. A reservation is considered provisional until the hotel confirms the acceptance of the reservation.
Cancellations: Cancellations and changes are accepted only by email or a handwritten letter from the guest. We do not accept cancellations or reservation changes by telephone or in person. Before booking please ensure to read our terms and conditions. For your reference, we have added the cancellation policy below.
Our cancellation policy
Cancellations made 15 or more days before check-in date will be free while cancellations made more than 7 days in advance but less than 15 days will incur a cancellation charge of 1 night tariff.
Cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance will incur a 100% charge of the booking.
